A distinctive feature of the proposed saturator is a special synchro-mixing head that provides drink mixing with carbon dioxide under conditions of water cavitation (cold boiling). The saturator can be switched to non-carbonated beverage filling mode. This feature makes it possible to bottle both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages on the same line.

This system provides active monitoring of saturator operation parameters (the presence of a drink, the presence and pressure of carbon dioxide, the presence and pressure of air, monitors emergency levels of the drink, syrup, etc.). The system for mixing syrup with water is based on a special "Etatron" type metering pump, which provides high accuracy of dosing and dose control while the saturator is in operation. The unit can be equipped with a deaeration column or supplied without it. Deaeration column is equipped with a special head that provides maximum evacuation of gases from the water. The saturator is equipped with multi-stage centrifugal pumps Wilo, Lowara, Speroni or other at the request of the customer. Additionally, the saturator can be equipped with a bactericidal water treatment unit.
