The linear type machine is designed for rinsing glass and PET bottles with output of 0.25 to 9.0 liters (at the request of the customer) before filling with output of up to 1500 bottles/hour.
A special feature of the machine is its compact size, ability of adjustment for an additional type of bottle without replacing parts, and low energy consumption.
Bottles are delivered inside the machine via a conveyor. Bottle tilter captures 8 bottles simultaneously and tilts them. Water is supplied through the nozzles to the cavity of the bottles under pressure. After rinsing and water draining, the bottles are returned to the conveyor. Further on, the bottles arrive for filling on the conveyor, and new ones enter the machine instead, the cycle repeats. The machine operation process is monitored by a controller. Process parameters can quickly be changed.
